The sponsored programme asks for a UAE passport. The Emirates door an Indian passport can walk through is a flying school place at the same academy, USD 220,500, with no job at the end of it.

Emirates pays for all of it. The cadet draws a salary and lives on campus from the first week. Almost nothing in Indian aviation looks like this.

Cadets leave with a Commercial Pilot Licence and a multi-engine instrument rating approved by the UAE authority. Asked whether that leads to a job at Emirates or flydubai, the academy says the training gives you an advantage and guarantees nothing.
No. The airline's own listing requires a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid. What an Indian passport can reach is the Emirates Flight Training Academy course, which is self-funded.
None. The academy states the international course is self-sponsored and that it offers no scholarships and no financial programmes. The sponsorship belongs to the UAE national programme.
No. The academy gives no credit for a private licence, a commercial licence or hours flown elsewhere, and a British or American class 1 medical does not replace the UAE one.
