A Rajasthan university club with a full published rate card, three packages that name no course, and a regulator's note saying it has not been operating since the middle of 2025.
Banasthali Gliding and Flying Club sits inside a university at Tonk in Rajasthan and publishes more prices than almost any school in this directory: ground classes by licence, flying by the hour, simulator time, helicopter time, membership, caution deposit, examiner fees. What it does not do is say which course its three headline packages are for.
That gap is the reason this page refuses to give you a commercial licence fee. The packages sit under a bare heading with no course named against them, directly below a rate card that prices the club's own single engine flying by the hour. At the club's own hourly rate, two hundred hours of flying alone would cost more than the largest of the three packages, so none of them can be a complete commercial course. The figures are in the table below with their labels, and the contradiction is left where it is.
There is a much larger caveat on top of the pricing. The regulator's own list carries a remark against this club saying it has been non-operational since the middle of June 2025 under the relevant paragraph of the training regulations. Nothing on the club's own site mentions this, and the site's most recent dated content is more than a decade old, so the rate card may be very old indeed.
The regulator prints approval 15/2016 against this organisation, records its ownership as Society, and gives the approval as valid to 19 June 2028.
The DGCA list records 4 single engine and 0 multi engine, types Cessna 152, Cessna 152A, Cessna 172 and Hansa3. The club's own site prints no fleet count anywhere, but its fee page quotes a multi engine hourly rate of Rs 27,000 and a helicopter hourly rate of Rs 25,000, neither of which corresponds to anything on the regulator's list for this club. Both are recorded as found.

The courses page restates the DGCA licence requirements rather than a club admission process: CPL applicants must be 18 or over on the date of application and have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. The fee page adds that a minimum Rs 2,25,000 is payable at admission for at least the first 25 hours. Application forms are on a Download Forms page. No entrance test, interview or batch intake is described.

The page does not say so, and we will not decide it for the club. The packages carry no course name, and at the club's own published hourly rate the flying alone for a commercial course would already exceed the largest of them, so treating any of them as a licence fee would be inventing a price.
Because it prices like a club rather than like an academy: ground classes by licence, flying by the hour, membership, a caution deposit and an examiner fee per check. That structure is useful if you can get an aircraft, which is exactly what the regulator's remark puts in question.
