Are online ground classes cheaper?

None of the published prices is for online classes alone, so there is no sourced figure to set against the ones above. Before you pay, ask for the online price in writing, with tax, and ask whether it buys live classes or recordings, and how many timed tests.

What does self study cost?

Classes sell you a teacher and a timetable. If you need both, the fee buys them. If you keep a schedule on your own, the same syllabus costs a fraction of it. Weigh the two on DGCA ground classes or self study.
