How to apply

  • Step 1. Entry is by a written examination and an interview, followed by the pilot aptitude testing and the DGCA Class 1 medical, and intakes are advertised on the academy's own site rather than run continuously.

Whichever school you choose, the licence needs a DGCA Class 1 medical, a DGCA Computer Number and five theory papers from the DGCA exam syllabus, practised in the DGCA question bank and under a timed mock test.
