How is the ranking made?
Every question in the bank carries the number of DGCA exam sessions it came up in. A topic's share is that number summed over its questions, against the whole subject.
Very high is half as much again as an even share or more, High an even share or more, Medium at least half of one, and Low less than that. The ranking moves as new sessions come in, and each chapter of the subject carries its topic's level.

Common questions
What are the most important topics in DGCA Meteorology?
Air masses, fronts and pressure systems, Clouds, precipitation and optical phenomena and Winds and jet streams. Their questions come up most often in the exams, so learn them first. Then cover every chapter: the rest still come up.
Do DGCA exams repeat questions?
Often. Many questions come up in more than one exam session, which is why the topics rated Very high are the place to start. A repeat is still a question you have to work, so practise the chapter, not a list of answers.
Where can I see the questions that came up?
In Seen in exams, inside the subject on a free account. The top 10 in each subject are free, and Pro shows the whole list, sorted by topic.
