SVKM NMIMS Academy of Aviation is a university flying club at Shirpur in Maharashtra with two doors into it. One is a standalone commercial licence at the flying club. The other is a four year aviation degree, with the first year at the Mumbai campus and the rest at Shirpur, integrated with the same flying club.
Only one of those doors carries published numbers, and they are last year's. The degree handout prints the first year programme fee, the flying hours charge and the hostel charge for the previous batch and then says plainly that the fees for the current year will be declared at the time of admission in the offer letter. Those earlier batch figures are in the table below, labelled as what they are, and none of them is presented as a current commercial licence price.
For the standalone commercial licence at the flying club there is no published fee and no published admission route at all. The degree route has both: online registration with a small non refundable fee, then a merit list built from marks and a weighted personal interview.
The regulator prints approval 14/2016 against this organisation, records its ownership as Private Ltd, and gives the approval as valid to 26 August 2027.
No conflict, but no detail either. The DGCA list gives 5 single engine and 1 multi engine, types Cessna 172R, Tecnam P2008JC, Cessna 172S and Tecnam P2006T. The school names no aircraft types or counts at all; it says only that 'All our fleet are glass cockpit with latest technology'.

Stated for the degree route only. Online registration at nmims.edu with a Rs 2,000 non refundable registration fee, then a merit list based on marks obtained and weightage in a personal interview. Eligibility: 10+2 with 50 percent aggregate including Physics and Mathematics as core subjects, or a diploma with 50 percent aggregate having studied physics and mathematics. An International Baccalaureate diploma with 24 confirmed grades or credits is treated as equivalent to 10+2. Candidates above 25 are eligible to apply. Provisional admission on predicted scores is possible and fees are accepted from such candidates before confirmation. There is no separate published admission route for the standalone CPL at the flying club.
The Mumbai campus is where the first year of the degree is taught, which the regulator does not list because it is not a flying base. The flying base is Shirpur Airstrip, Dist. Dhule, Maharashtra, matching the DGCA list. The site adds that the academy has its own airport with a 1200 metre runway, designators 09-27.
