Air Traffic Services : DGCA Air Regulations questions
Air traffic services are the control, information and alerting services a State provides, and the airspace class decides which of them a flight receives.
The 78 questions mix ICAO definitions with Indian practice: airspace classes A to G with their speed limits and VMC minima, control zones and areas, RNP and RCP types, ATIS, the alerting phases and items from the Indian AIP. The bank marks 11 of these as seen in exam sessions.
The 250 knot IAS limit below 3,050 m (10,000 ft) AMSL does not apply in class A or B, or to IFR in class C. It does apply to VFR in class C and to flights in classes D to G, unless the authority approves otherwise.
