- ✓ATC gives you the QNH when it first clears you to an altitude below the transition level (MATS 9.1.5.7.2.1 viii).
- ✓If the letter you quote is no longer current, ATC tells you to listen to the current ATIS (MATS 9.1.5.7.2.1 xii).
- ✓Read back the runway in use and the QNH; wind and RVR are information (MATS 12.9.4).
- ✓REQUEST LANDING INFORMATION is plain wording: MATS prints no form for it.
Now say it out loud, with the examiner playing ATC.
