Flying schools in Delhi
There is no DGCA approved flying training base in Delhi. Several schools advertise a Delhi address and do their flying at an airfield in another state.

- Jet Serve Aviation, whose only published address is a Gurugram tower, is approved at Khajuraho and Jalgaon under the Flyola name. Neither appears on its own site.
- Skynex Aero runs its ground school in Dwarka and flies from Jalgaon and Mahsana. Its brochure claims a third base the approval does not carry.

What to ask a school with a Delhi office.
- At which airfield will my hours be flown? Ask for it in writing.
- What does the quoted fee cover once I am living at that airfield? Accommodation and food at a small field in another state are real money, and they are almost never inside the quoted fee.
- Is the name I was given on the regulator's list? An office in Delhi is not an approval, and the list is public.

Is there a DGCA approved flying school in Delhi?
No. The regulator's approved list, as on 3 October 2026, bases no flying training organisation in Delhi at all. Several schools do keep an office or a ground school in Delhi and Gurugram, and every one of them flies from an airfield in another state. Ask any school with a Delhi address one question in writing: at which airfield will my hours be flown?
Why do so many flying schools advertise a Delhi address then?
Because Delhi is where the students are and where the enquiry gets made. Several of the addresses are in the same few buildings around Ramphal Chowk in Dwarka, which is a sales and admissions district rather than an aviation one. An office there is not dishonest in itself, and a ground school in Delhi is a genuinely useful thing if you want your written papers done before you move. It becomes a problem only when the address is presented as the place you will fly.
Can I do DGCA ground classes in Delhi and fly somewhere else?
Yes, and it is a common way to do it, because the written papers do not need an aeroplane. Two things to settle before you split them up. Confirm the flying school will accept you with the ground subjects already cleared or in progress, and confirm in writing what its fee covers if you are not taking its own ground classes, because a package price usually assumes you are. The papers themselves are the same wherever you sit them.
